This retreat is co-hosted by Sydney Walker of Unfiltered Growth, clinical mental health professional and yoga/pilates instructor, along with Kate Buer of Living Well STL, fitness and nutrition coach. Together, we're creating a space where honest work meets real connection, where clarity meets action, and where you'll leave not just rested, but realigned.

You'll be supported in uncovering the compass that's always been inside you. Whether you come seeking clarity after a life transition, space to reset, or simply a pause from the noise of daily life, this retreat is an invitation to find yourself again.

Sample Schedule
MORNING PRACTICE:
We begin each day with intentional movement—yoga flows to clear the mind and ground in the body. Afterward, we gather for nourishing breakfast designed to fuel your body and set the tone for the day ahead.
AFTERNOON EXPLORATION:
Afternoons are yours to reflect, connect, or play. Enjoy free time by the pool, join an optional nature walk or run, or participate in hands-on workshops like candle making or mocktail mixology. A wholesome lunch will be provided to keep you feeling balanced and cared for.
EVENING RITUAL:
As the sun sets, we come together for evening workshops, integration circles, or restorative practices like breathwork and yoga nidra. Each night closes with a delicious dinner, shared in community and connection.
