Unbound & Unapologetic is a retreat designed for the woman who is ready to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with joy, adventure, and herself. This isn't a retreat focused on fixing, healing, or becoming someone new—it's about remembering who you are beneath the responsibilities, expectations, and endless to-do lists. Through movement, hiking, wellness experiences, meaningful conversations, and plenty of fun, you'll spend four days surrounded by like-minded women who value growth, connection, and living life fully. Expect laughter, adventure, new friendships, and the kind of memories that remind you wellness isn't just about taking care of yourself—it's about enjoying your life, too.

Sample Schedule:
MORNING PRACTICE:
We begin each day with intentional movement—flows to awaken the body, strength training to feel powerful, or desert hikes to connect with the landscape. Afterward, we gather for nourishing breakfast designed to fuel your body and set the tone for the day ahead.
AFTERNOON RENEWAL:
Afternoons are yours to rest, play, or explore. Enjoy free time by the pool, join a breathwork or Reiki session, or participate in hands-on workshops. A wholesome lunch will be provided to keep you feeling balanced and cared for.
EVENING RITUAL:
As the sun sets over the desert, we come together for evening workshops, integration circles, or restorative practices. Each night closes with a delicious dinner—some nights we cook together—shared in community and connection.
