You'll be supported in rediscovering the woman who exists beneath the roles you carry. Whether you come seeking healing after burnout, space to dream bigger, or simply permission to prioritize yourself, this retreat is an invitation to ignite your soul from within.

Sample Schedule:
MORNING PRACTICE:
We begin each day with intentional movement—yoga flows to awaken the body, strength training to feel powerful, or desert hikes to connect with the landscape. Afterward, we gather for nourishing breakfast designed to fuel your body and set the tone for the day ahead.
AFTERNOON RENEWAL:
Afternoons are yours to rest, play, or explore. Enjoy free time by the pool, join a breathwork or Reiki session, or participate in hands-on workshops. A wholesome lunch will be provided to keep you feeling balanced and cared for.
EVENING RITUAL:
As the sun sets over the desert, we come together for evening workshops, integration circles, or restorative practices. Each night closes with a delicious dinner—some nights we cook together—shared in community and connection.
