We’re bringing back our sell-out event for one more round this year—and it’s going to be bigger and better than before! Join us for an unforgettable evening on the rooftop at One Foundry Way for a high-energy 45-minute workout followed by a night of wellness, community, and connection.
After class, unwind with seasonal mocktails, light bites, and a little extra pampering—including free mini facials from Glo30 and other surprise activations designed to help you relax and recharge. Come for the sweat, stay for the sip, and soak in the vibes as the sun sets over St. Louis.

The Self Centered Club is a monthly wellness experience designed to reconnect you with you. Through intentional movement and mindful practices, we create space for self-discovery, reflection, and personal growth — without the pressure to perform, network, or be “on.” This is your time to focus inward, nourish your physical and mental well-being, and return to yourself.
What it is:
1.5 hours a month dedicated to you:
A 30-min workout + wellness activity
(think journaling, meditation, vision boarding & more)

Self Love Wellness Event
Come join us for a day of self love! Bootcamp starts at 11am followed by a guided meditation at 11:30 and vendors to follow. Everything from getting some light tissue work from The Well Yard Chiropractic office to Emslim with The Hive Body Spa. So many amazing local vendors to explore!

Merry Fitmas
Come join us for our first wellness event! Bootcamp followed by a 20 minute yoga flow and topping it off with some holiday cocktails/mocktails. Come mingle, workout to some holiday tunes and celebrate the holidays with your community.
